Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Open your KanzleiSynchron URL in a browser. You will see a login form.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign in.
- On success you land on the Today dashboard.
If your credentials are wrong you will see an error message.
Resetting your password — who to contact
Section titled “Resetting your password — who to contact”- Staff (role
reviewer) contact the Firm Admin (rolemerchant_admin) of their own firm. - Firm Admins without a second admin contact the KS operator (internal ops team).
- If your firm has no client and no admin yet (a brand-new account), contact the KS operator directly — the first Firm Admin role is assigned during onboarding.
Session
Section titled “Session”Your session is stored in a secure HttpOnly cookie (ks_session); the token is not readable by JavaScript. On API calls the app additionally sends it as an X-Session-Token header. You do not need to sign in again unless the session expires (default: 24 hours) or you sign out.
Switching language
Section titled “Switching language”The DE/EN toggle is visible at the top of the navigation on every page. Click it at any time. Every label, heading, button, and message switches immediately — no reload. Your choice persists for the session.
