Manage team

This page is for the Firm Admin (role merchant_admin). It describes how to manage team members under Settings → Team (/settings/team).

  1. Open Settings → Team (/settings/team).
  2. Enter the person’s email address.
  3. Choose a role (see below).
  4. Invite. The person gains access to this client.

The invite dialog offers exactly three roles:

In the member list you can suspend or reactivate any person:

  • Suspend removes access immediately until the person is reactivated. A confirmation prompt appears before suspending.
  • Reactivate restores access immediately.

Suspended members stay in the list but are marked as suspended.

The period close follows the four-eyes principle: whoever closes a period must not have created it. This gate checks creator ≠ closer and cannot be bypassed.
