Bulk actions
When many similar exceptions are open, you handle them on the Resolve exceptions page not one by one but as a bulk action.
Selection
Section titled “Selection”Mark several rows via the row checkboxes or choose Select all. A toolbar shows the number of selected cases and offers the bulk actions. Clear selection resets the marking.
The three bulk actions
Section titled “The three bulk actions”| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Accept corrected | Accepts all selected exceptions with their respective suggested correction. |
| Accept as-is | Accepts all selected exceptions without correction. |
| Postpone 24h | Postpones all selected cases by 24 hours (the Postponed tab). |
Confirmation dialog
Section titled “Confirmation dialog”Each bulk action first opens a confirmation dialog. It states the number of affected cases and shows a preview of the first three (external IDs). So you see what will happen before it runs.
What is logged
Section titled “What is logged”Even for bulk processing, a separate entry is created per case in the audit trail — with actor, action, and timestamp. A bulk action is therefore just as traceable as an individual decision.
Next step
Section titled “Next step”The full exception workflow including single-row actions: Resolve exceptions.
